Managing bandwidth growth via various control techniques has always been part of the internet.  However, the mainstream popularity of today’s broadband services has brought these techniques out from the shadows of the network operations center to the front pages of leading newspapers and the halls of government.  Few network operators today can manage networks however they see fit.

Pal Zarandy has gained over 10 years of experience from both the technology and the commercial sides of the mobile telecommunications industry.
